To start this series of lessons, in addition to the course devoted to setting up the Christmas table, I offer you the course on the New Year’s Eve table. A creative, opulent, refined, convivial table. This evening of the transition from 2020 to 2021, allows us all the fantasies and excesses in order to erase once and for all the particular year that we have just spent.
